Most of our properties offer in-home massage and private chef experiences to baby gear rental, mid-stay cleaning, and pre-arrival fridge stocking. Everything is arranged with ease and delivered to your door. You can even book local experiences to make even more memories. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The nightly rate covers 16 people over the age of 2 (the max headcount). This applies to anyone that comes to use the property and/or its amenities (not just those staying the night). If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along. For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home: 1. Front Door 2. Garage 3. Upper Deck 4. Lower Deck These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home. Exterior Cameras - Exterior cameras are located at the front door, garage, back yard, and lower deck. - There are no cameras inside the home. Rates & Guest Count The nightly rate covers 16 people over the age of 2 (the max headcount). This applies to anyone that comes to use the property and/or its amenities (not just those staying the night). Pets: - Pets are welcome for $300 per pet, per stay. Events - Events may be possible depending on the type of event, number of people, and number of cars. - All events must be approved by the host. - Typical cost is $30 per person. Smoking - No smoking inside the house or garage. - Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine. General Rules Respect & Noise - Respect neighboring properties—no trespassing into yards or driveways. Treat neighbors with courtesy and respect. - Keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level at all times. - Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. - Any amplified outdoor music must be pre‑approved by the host. Parking & Property Use - Park only in the garage or driveway. No street parking is permitted. - Fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. - No off‑road vehicles are allowed. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. Safety & Liability - The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Refunds & Fees - Refund Policy: - 100% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 30 days before arrival - 50% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 14 days before arrival - A pre-authorized damage deposit hold of $2,000 is required or a non-refundable damage waiver of $100/day up to $400. If the damage deposit is chosen it is released a few days following check out provided there is no damage during the guest stay. - Early arrivals and late departures incur a $200 fee. - Neighbor complaint: $500 fee. - Security dispatched: $500 fee. - Police called: $1,000 fee and guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund. - Unregistered guests: $500 penalty plus $60 per person for anyone on the property not included in the reservation. Home Care - Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings with tape, tacks, or adhesives. Damage will result in charges. - Return any moved furniture to its original position. A $100 fee applies if items are not reset. - Pets are not allowed in the hot tub. Rental Requirements- Minimum rental age is 25. - Guests must sign the rental agreement prior to check‑in. Instructions will not be released until the agreement is signed.
