INTERIOR LIVING SPACE The open-style living room includes high ceilings and colorful, mid-century-inspired art (think Pollock and Rothko). Chill on an original, refurbished, Adrian Pearsall sectional sofa, classic Eames Lounge Chair, or the modern Ligne Roset sofa–There’s fun designer touches all throughout the house. Custom lights by Pablo Pardo for Pablo Designs create a different allure in each room. The ultra private casita bedroom has a large en suite bathroom & doors to the backyard & spa. The primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet, sliders to the backyard, en suite bathroom with a spa tub and door to a private outdoor area under a gorgeous Bougainvillea archway.
