The space The location of the property is peaceful and located on the edge of a forest in a single-family home. The home has bedding and towels for three adults, as well as a private sauna. Downtown is about 1.2 kilometers away. Guest access Host will provide the key to the apartment at check-in. There is a driveway to the property from downtown Inkoo. Please refer to the Arrival Guide for driving directions. The property is a 1-level condominium with 3 beds (one 160x200m double bed and sofa bed) and sauna and 2 terraces. There are only a couple of steps at the entrance. Other things to note Guests are expected to adapt to a peaceful residential environment. Any disruptive activity, noise, or littering is not allowed. No parties are allowed in the apartment or invite extra people outside of the reservation to the property. The company has silence between 10 pm and 7 am, which must be respected by all residents. Trash must be sorted into the trash cans located in the condominium's trash canopy according to the instructions. Large trash must be taken with them. They must not be left in the company's trash canopy or in the apartment. The garbage canopy can be found along the path between the apartment and the carport. The apartment must be left and cleaned in the same condition as received, i.e. the same condition it was in when you checked in. The host is responsible for all, lost, broken or spoiled items, appliances, dishes, furniture, lost keys, etc. during their reservation, and these will be charged to the occupant. At checkout, the apartment key must be returned to the location that the homeowner will notify the occupant. There is a 100€ fee for a lost key. No walking with shoes inside. Shoes must be left in the hallway. Bicycles and other large sports equipment are not to be brought indoors. Don't blame the host for your own mistakes.
