Welcome to Watershed 1! Enjoy this spacious cabin with gas fireplace, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, wrap around deck, pool table, and deluxe king bed. Cabin Layout Kitchen Your kitchen is appointed with granite countertops, all new, stainless steel appliances that include a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. We also provide you with all the dishes, utensils, and cooking tools you'll need. A gas grill is provided for BBQ connoisseurs (full propane tank included). Great Room The great room features a large living and dining area with a round, pounded-copper dining table suitable for seating 6. The modern-rustic decor features a nubuck leather sofa, hardwood floors, stone fireplace, and log-wall interiors. There is a satellite dish and streaming services. The dining area opens through French patio doors out to a covered deck. Sleeping Accommodations All our cabins feature both down and foam pillows as well as down comforters. Each bed has a pillow-top mattress and luxury, all-cotton linens. Plush bath towels are provided for the base number of occupancy with additional towels for hot tub use. Linens and towels for guests utilizing the futon(s) for sleeping are provided when occupancy is greater than the base amount of this cabin, but the use of these linens when occupancy doesn't warrant it may result in additional charges as defined on our reservations page. Ground Floor There is a full bath and laundry room just off the kitchen. Loft Floor There is a private bedroom with a king bed and a shared bath. There is a TV in the bedroom. The other side of the upstairs is an open loft with a 7' slate pool table and a balcony overlooking the side deck area and thick trees. There is also additional sleeping on a queen-size futon. This open loft area looks over the loft railing into the living room. Resort Amenities Our Resort property features several outdoor areas for your enjoyment. The ?Yard? is the center of our Resort. There, you can find a gorgeous view, seating, a group fire pit, a bocce ball court, corn hole, ladder ball, horseshoes, and our signature logzebo with a bed swing. Additionally, we have an onsite hiking trail that leads to the playground and our Eco Park, which features a waterfall and a custom mountain laurel bridge. WiFi is provided. This cabin is pet friendly with a $75 non-refundable fee (First pet $75, $45 for additional pet. 2 pet maximum) Dogs only! Pet Policy We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $200. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $300. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay. Guests will have access to the entire cabin, hot tub, firepit and grill, as well as entire Watershed Resort property. All guests of the Watershed Resort will receive a discount for tube rentals at Deep Creek Lodge Creekside Tubing, deepcreeklodgetubing, more information upon booking. There is always someone off-site available to help. We have a 24-hour phone line for emergencies during your stay. Please message within the app when you checkout so we can notify housekeeping.
