★ The T3 Comfort ★ In the Heart of Montceau 🌴Jungle and Nature Spirit, very well equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms (double beds) 📍On the ground floor, a stone's throw from the city center, everything is within walking distance! 😉 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories 🚿Good standing bathroom with toilet 🛜High-speed Wi-Fi, internet, 4k TV 🛏️Bed linen included The space 👌Perfectly located, 5 min walk from Montceau train station, and 1 min walk from the city center 🚘Free parking in the blue zone in front of the accommodation, or free 50 m away 🍽️ Many bars, shops, and great restaurants 🚹 Maximum capacity: 5 people (2 people per double bed and 1 person sofa bed) 😴 The sofa bed in the living room can therefore accommodate a single bed (sleeping size 120 x 190): Plan your sheets or a sleeping bag, and pillow (possibility to take 1 of the 4 double beds depending on the number of people). 📌OR optional for the sofa bed (on request at least 48 hours before): supply of sheets (fitted sheet, duvet and duvet cover) for €25 ⚠️ Towels and hygiene products are not provided.
