The space Our listing is much like a cottage, it’s just attached to our home! The rooms are clean, the place is airy and bright. You will have access to a private patio area and a parking space for one vehicle. We are usually on the premises and will be glad to answer any question or share our knowledge of the community and places to visit here in Dover, Stewart County. Guest access Guests have access to a whole unit, to include restroom, shower, living , dining, bedroom and washer and dryer. Other things to note No smoking is allowed inside the unit. Outdoors only on patio and we ask that you dispose of your ashes and cigarette butts. No parties or loud disturbances allowed. Only small dogs under 30 lbs. allowed and they must not be left alone in the unit.
