What’s special about High Falls Haven: High Falls Haven is across the street (literally) from a public 9-hole golf course with your own private woods in the back and on a quiet residential street. This dreamy retreat is an easy 5-10 minute drive to all that the gorgeous communities of High Falls, Stone Ridge, Rosendale and Tilson have to offer. Ready for a 20 minute drive? You’ll be at Kingston to your north and New Paltz to your south and everything in between and beyond--the restaurants, music and art scenes, walks, hikes wineries, farmers markets, shops and all that makes the Hudson River Valley a hot destination. Your pooch is welcome here, too! With a large, enclosed backyard and food bowls, doggy towels, toys and more, your dog will feel at home, too! At the Haven, you’ll enjoy original and inspired midcentruy modern furniture and art within: * Three bedrooms, one its own en-suite bathroom with a stall shower, another shared by the other two with a bathtub (all have fluffy towels, plenty of them!). Guests with physical challenges should be aware that while the Haven is a ranch-style with one floor, there are several steps up the front and to the back yard. Guests with children should note that the Haven is not childproofed. Please keep an eye on little ones, especially around the wood-burning stove. High Falls is a hot spot in the Hudson Valley for fine antiques, unique shops, and great dining. High Falls is also the site of the D&H Canal museum located in the heart of the town adjacent to a portion of the canal and five locks, with a walking trail alongside it. High Falls is right next door to the Mohonk Preserve and the picturesque and desirable communities of Rosendale and Stone Ridge and just a 20-minute drive from Kingston and New Paltz. .
