Newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom duplex in historic Victoria Park. New kitchen and bathrooms just completed December 2022. Quiet and serene neighborhood located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Close to beach (less than 2 miles from beach), shopping, dining out, outdoor activities, and FLL airport. The space Spacious kitchen with all the basics including washer/dryer and dining area. Large living room with leather sofa. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds. Two spacious bathrooms both with walk-in showers. Lovely private outdoor area, (not shared with airbnb renter(s) in back unit), equipped with lounge sofa, two large umbrellas, put-put golf hole, and 4 person dining Neighborhood: Quiet, upscale, residential area full of historic homes. Guest access *Guests have access to private entrance in front of house. *Parking on the right side of the driveway *Checkin is at 5:00pm via an electronic keypad. Code and other helpful information will be provided 24 hours prior to checkin. *Respect the locked gate leading into the backyard that is the completely separate entrance for the renter(s) in the back unit. Other things to note NO Spring Breakers. NO EXCEPTIONS Occupancy limited to 4 people MAX. We reserve the right to ask any guest over the 4 listed in your stay to leave immediately or we will assess an extra fee. We will also assess an extra fee for any guest over the 4 listed in your stay who we suspect spends the night. We ask guests to be honest in booking information regarding number of occupants/reason for stay. There is a strict no pets and no party policy. This is a quiet, historic neighborhood we do not host college groups underage 26 unless accompanied by parents. Parents must be present at check-in. We strive for all 5 star reviews and want to give you one in return. ***This is not a party house - the following are prohibited: parties/events, loud noises/music, smoking indoors, drug use, and underage drinking. Violating these rules and the rules in the house manual (sent 24 hours before your check-in time) will not be tolerated, all guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately if any one guest violates these rules.
