Town center is a short drive away, or 15 minutes from all that Warwick has to offer, you will enjoy this perfect setting for your lakeside getaway! The space Perfect for a small family or 4 adults, this home offers an open space with high vaulted ceiling living / kitchen area, with a large wood burning stove fireplace. Two bedrooms on either side of the house, each with queen beds and desks for WFL (working from lake). Bedrooms share an adjoining deck through sliding glass doors, where you can relax with a beverage or dine al fresco. One bathroom with rain head shower right off the first bedroom. The front porch offers a large couch overlooking the year round lake views and a Weber BBQ for grilling. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and guests can come and go as they please with the digital keypad at the front door. Guests will have access to 2 kayaks and life jackets for the lake, which are available during beach hours within May - September. Please note that although pets are allowed in the house, they are not allowed at the community beach. Other things to note For safety and security, the house has a Ring doorbell installed at the front door. The house has a whole-house water filtration and UV disinfecting system installed, so guests can be rest-assured that the water in the house is clean, safe, and perfectly suitable for drinking/cooking/cleaning.
