Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We are a pair of Paisa siblings (my sister and I), and we have a room to share in our house. We are located in one of the city's main neighborhoods, Belén Rosales; it is a residential, quiet and safe place. We'll be happy to help you with whatever you need! The space It is a traditional house, first floor, located near public transportation and some commercial areas. We have a spacious, comfortable room with a private bathroom (hot water) and a double mattress at your service (... for now there is only the mattress, we are still waiting for the platform;] ), private dressing room, window to a patio; cool and bright. The neighborhood is very residential, safe, and strategically located. We are close to the Rosales or Belén Parque Metroplus station and some bus routes. There are some shops nearby but not enough to affect the tranquility of the place. NOTE: It's important to note that it's an inhabited house, so the dynamics of the daily life of those who live there don't stop. It is the first of three rooms that is available for guests and is close to the common areas... the kitchen works, we get up early to work, we talk in the hallways, the doorbell rings... In short, it is a normal house with normal internal movement and it is not a hotel designed just for resting. Guest access You'll always be entitled to a coffee, no problem. The patio, laundry area, dining room, and living room are shared areas. No additional people other than the guests registered on the platform are allowed to enter. We can give you directions on using public transportation and nearby places and everything related to how to get around the area and the city.
