Utah is SO beautiful with its 4 seasons and big mountain range, and Lindon is right in the middle of the valley! It is known to be quiet, cozy, safe, and very family-friendly. We have 2 canyons that are full of parks within a 10-15 min drive. These canyons are loaded with hiking, biking, and walking trails, fishing or tubing along the river or lakes, campfire pits, and waterfalls! Including the famous Sundance Mountain Resort. This basement is very spacious, with all the amenities you need! There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Brand new mattresses, furniture, and appliances! Full bathroom with 2 sinks. This house was built in 1957, we gutted the entire home though it was in such mint condition! Before the remodel it was very retro, with wood paneling walls throughout the basement, yellow floors, and blue carpet upstairs with popcorn ceilings! They even had a funky carpet wall! It was a sight to see. So for the remodel of the basement, we wanted to bring back a little bit of retro by adding quite a few colors throughout the basement and fun design shapes. The yellow chair is my personal favorite! Guest have their own private entrance to the basement and a little space fenced off for the pets to use in the backyard. 1 car is permitted on the driveway. Please park as close as you can to the fence. Additional cars can park along the street, recommended to park across the street as there is more room.
