Description

Grade 2 listed farmhouse, 7 miles from the centre of historic Cambridge. Set in seven acres of its own land on the edge of a village, Moat House Farm offers a peaceful retreat for families. Built in 1500 and extended over time, the house once belonged to Queens College in Cambridge. Surrounded by fields and wood, the owners keep sheep and chickens who roam free in the extensive orchard. This is a family home and has a little of the wear and tear of a house well lived in. The space A 5 bedroom house that can sleep 9 (+ there is an additional single floor mattress). Idyllic edge of village location set in 7 acres of its own land including paddocks, woodland and orchard. This is a lived in family house and as such there is the sign of odd wear and tear. We want guests to feel comfortable and feel they can relax and enjoy as if it were their own home. Private parking for up to 4 cars comfortably . Guest access You have access to the whole area barring locked storage spaces. There are sheep in the paddocks and chickens in the orchard so gates need to be kept closed.
