The area is ideal for both relaxing stays and trekking lovers. Nearby the property there are some paths to the mountains, including the one to Zucco di Sileggio, from which it is possible to admire a super view of the lake. *Free covered parking inside the property* The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 3 armchairs, dining table, TV and access to balcony I; - KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, oven, microwave and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to balcony II; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and access to balcony III - BATHROOM I with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM II with washing machine, washbasin and toilet; - BALCONY I; - BALCONY II; - BALCONY III. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, fans (one in each bedroom), outdoor furniture (table, chairs and awning, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: there are some steps at the pedestrian entrance and two steps at the entrance of the villa. The fireplace is NOT usable.
