>> PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION + ANY OTHER DETAILS OR NOTES BELOW!! << * Hosted by @breathedeeperproperties * / This Woodland Hills home has 3 bedrooms/2 baths, spacious kitchen area, master bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom, and a large backyard area w/ ample space for entertaining friends & family, lounging, playing w/ kids or a dog, etc. The space The house provides a great blend of indoor/outdoor living, in a prime area of Woodland Hills just north of Ventura Blvd. Plentiful street parking in front of the house. Please see below for more info on popular areas of interest close by! Hope to see you soon! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ** NOTE ON PETS **: Two pets (Dogs mostly) max are allowed at the house during guest' bookings. SORRY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CATS! Please account for your pets upon booking. We do have exterior security cameras at the house, so if we discover any booking trying to stay with unaccounted for pets, those guests will be asked to submit the pet fee or else the booking may be at risk of cancellation & guests may be asked to vacate the house immediately. Pets other than dogs may be accepted on a case by case basis. Please inquire with us if you are desiring to stay with a pet that is not a dog. And again, we cannot accept cats. P.S. Pick up your dogs poop in the backyard & front yard areas at all times! It is not the responsibility of us as hosts or our cleaners responsibility to pick up after your dog/pet. Not picking up after your pet could cause us to seek out additional compensation for the extra time cleaning it would inevitably require. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ***Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the home only. Additionally, there will be a $200 (refundable) smoking deposit. Smoking deposit will be refunded after your stay as long as there is no evidence that you smoked inside the house (which is, again, against our rules) & as long as there is no smoking paraphernalia, cigarette butts, vape sticks, wrappers, cartridges, etc etc. left behind in the outside areas. Please monitor, clean up, and throw away any evidence of you/your group's smoking habit before your final check out! No exceptions! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **** LONG TERM BOOKING NOTE ***: If you're interested in booking the house on a monthly basis, or for multiple months, please still reach out and inquire about your desired dates even if they don't appear as available on the calendar. HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM, MID TERM, AND LONG TERM RENTAL PERIODS. Just let us know your desired rental length! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ***** If you are traveling with a newborn, infant, or any young child, and may need use of a high chair and/or a travel crib/pack & play during your stay, you must request those items to be provided in the house in advance of your check in date. If this is ignored, it's possible these items won't be available during your stay. Again, it is a guest/guests responsibility to ask for these things in advance if they will be needed. Thank you.
