Please note that with this being a loft style unit, the bedrooms do not have separating doors. The master bedroom, while on the second floor, is open to the living space below. The second bedroom is more private, with an enclosed stairwell tucked away past the kitchen. 2 full baths in the unit, 1 in the master bedroom and the other downstairs near the full kitchen and open living area. There is a 1 car garage, including a washer and dryer at the foot of the stairs of the entry of the home. The garage can also be accessed through a stairway with access from the dining area of the unit. Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. On the Balboa Peninsula you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the Balboa Fun Zone, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination.
