This bay front home presents vacationers with a beautiful waterfront getaway. The space This 2 story back unit allows vacationers to enjoy bay front living at its finest. With a beautifully designed open-air layout, vacationers have found the perfect family or romantic home. This back unit is loft style, with 2 bedrooms on the upper level, with a view of the harbor out the floor to ceiling windows of the unit. Please note that with this being a loft style unit, the bedrooms do not have separating doors. The master bedroom, while on the second floor, is open to the living space below. The second bedroom is more private, with an enclosed stairwell tucked away past the kitchen. 2 full baths in the unit, 1 in the master bedroom and the other downstairs near the full kitchen and open living area. There is a 1 car garage, including a washer and dryer at the foot of the stairs of the entry of the home. The garage can also be accessed through a stairway with access from the dining area of the unit. Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. On the Balboa Peninsula you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the Balboa Fun Zone, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination. SLP#13129 Guest access Guests have access too the entire back unit, including the garage in the alley. Other things to note *Please note, both bedrooms are not completely private. Master is an open loft style to the living area. Back bedroom over the kitchen does not have a door at the top of the stairs. - 10 pm noise curfew ordinance strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police - Must be 26 or older to book - Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info. - No parties or gatherings. - We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.
