Hall bath with bathtub/ shower. Large private outdoor hot and cold shower great for washing off the kiddos and the doggos after a day on the beach or out in the Sound. I love this outdoor shower ...it's my preference and the neighbors don't mind my singing 😉 Interior stacked washer and dryer Huge front porch. Park style charcoal grill. One block to the Ocean. One block to the Sound Summertime sunsets a must! Guest access Guest will have entire cottage and yard. Other things to note There is a paved Bike/walking path that goes all the way up to town. Small 13th street public boat launch one block away amd a larger Public Boat launch that is ~5 minutes away
