The entire home is disinfected and thoroughly cleaned after each stay, including TV remote controls, light switches, doors and drawer knobs, table surfaces, & kitchen and bathroom. All linens are washed with hot water and detergent.   The Home has cameras at front entry and patio area only for your safety.   Only toilet paper and human waste down the toilets. No wet wipes, or feminine hygiene products are to be flushed down the toilet.  Guests have assigned smoking area on the patio. Smoking is not allowed Indoors. Driveway and backyard may be shared with other guests. If you will be bringing children or infants, please let us know in the booking so we can make sure toys, supplies, etc are stocked before your Stay. If you will be bringing a pet, please keep your pet leashed at all times while not in the fenced backyard. Also, please pick up any pet waste and dispose of it properly in the outdoor trashcan.
