Animals/pets are NOT allowed. Help us minimize excessive utility usage by turning off fans and lights when not in use. Please treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Any damage or excessive mess will be subject to additional charges. Please note additional charges apply for each guest beyond the number of sleeping spaces provided. $25 per person, per night. The pool does NOT have a heating component. This function is not available for use. Please DO NOT adjust pool settings, including the waterfall, nor tamper with any pool equipment. A professional services the pool on a weekly basis - please leave all settings as is to prevent potential malfunction. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Maximum 4 cars. Parking spaces available for up to 4 cars - two in driveway and two in the garage.
