Walking distance from the village of Hancock and a few minutes from Pennsylvania. The space Newly renovated, cozy little house with everything you need for your stay. Main area includes a full kitchen and a living room area with a 65 inch smart TV (no cable) with free WiFi. Outdoor deck with picnic table and balcony. Small umbrella for picnic table is in hall closet. Driveway can fit 2 or 3 cars. Two car garage (not heated) with sliding barn doors can be opened from the inside. Large master bedroom on main level includes Queen size bed and desk with extra 27" monitor, connected to master bathroom with shower stall and clawfoot bathtub. Long hallway from main room to half-bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 small bedrooms each with a full size bed. Upstairs bathroom has a shower. All bedrooms have closets and shelves. Living room sofa folds down into a futon, full size, extra sheets in upstairs closets for futon. There is also a twin size air mattress in master bedroom closet. Basement has a washer and dryer for laundry. There is a small yard with a big tree for shade. House overlooks east branch of Delaware river but does not have river access. House can sleep 3 couples or a family of 4-6. Security cameras detect motion outside near entrances to house. Guest access Full house except attic. Garage can be accessed from inside house with sliding barn doors. Enter house past driveway up stairs of deck, through an airbnb lock. Code will be set up and sent to you for your stay a few days before your arrival. The house is not accessible for wheelchairs. You will need to walk up stairs to enter. Other things to note Pets are welcome but I do not have a fence around the property and there are no bowls or litter boxes so please bring everything your pets will need. There is an extra charge for pets to cover extra cleaning expenses.
