The living room has professional Genelec studio monitors, a USB-C audio interface + a record player. // GOOD TO KNOW Mattress is medium-firm No razor sockets in the bathroom but an adapter will be provided for use with a standard plug socket. Guest access You have the entire flat to yourself. The only shared space is the foyer entrance leading to the flat. Other things to note This is not a hotel or dedicated holiday let - it is my home that I occasionally let out while travelling so please be respectful to my home and my neighbours. This is a ground floor flat in a block of 3. You have neighbours above you and so this is not a flat suitable for those looking to entertain/have parties. The living room faces a main road but double glazed windows keep the living room mostly quiet. However, if ambient road noise in the living room would bother you this is probably not the place for you. There is a parking space in front of the living room bay window occasionally used by my neighbour - for full privacy you can keep the shutters closed. Unfortunately I can’t let guests use the parking space but there is free street parking about 2 mins walk away. There is a security camera outside facing the driveway that can see into the living room slightly but once again you can close the shutters/blinds for full privacy. Some of my possessions will be boxed and stored away (under the bed, etc).
