BATHROOMS: - There are three ensuite bathrooms, along with one bathroom adjacent to Bedroom 1 on the ground floor. - All bathrooms feature hot water geysers (please allow 15 minutes to heat up). - Designed with glass partitions for a sleek, modern aesthetic. - Each bathroom is stocked with 100% cotton bath towels and face napkins. - Organic hand, body, and hair products from the Med Naturally brand. LIVING ROOM: - A stylish and modern space on the ground floor with an impressive 13-foot ceiling height. - Furnished with a comfortable seating arrangement, including a 3+2-seater sofa and three ottomans. - Features a 43" Samsung Smart TV (Netflix), 50 Mbps WiFi, a 2-ton AC, and a JBL Party Box 110 for entertainment. - The living room is conveniently connected to the kitchen. DINING AREA: - Enjoy outdoor dining beneath the poolside gazebo, comfortably accommodating 8-10 people. KITCHEN: - Guests are welcome to use the kitchen free of charge for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, or simple meals for infants. - Cooking full meals is not allowed. - The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, mixer grinder, crockery, and cutlery for basic cooking. - A villa staff member can assist in sourcing local ingredients for an additional travel fee. POOL: - Guests can enjoy a relaxing swim while spending quality time with loved ones. - There are no restrictions on pool hours. - Please note, food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool. - The pool area covers approximately 335 square feet and includes a baby pool. GAME ZONE: - Located on the second floor, the game zone offers breathtaking mountain views. - Guests can enjoy games such as Sub-Soccer, Foosball, and darts, along with a selection of board and card games. FOOD: - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1,500 (Adult) & Rs. 1,000/- (Kid 5-11 Yrs) per person, per night (Includes: Lunch-HiTea-Dinner-Breakfast). - Meal timing; Breakfast: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Lunch : 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM Hi-tea : 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM Dinner : 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM BBQ : 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM - Please note that all meals will be delivered to the property. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook. ​​ADDITIONAL COST: - Meals are available at an extra charge. - Massage services can be arranged for an additional fee. - Cocktail sessions are offered for an extra cost. - BBQ with assistance is available for an additional charge. - Bonfire setup is available for an additional fee. Other things to note While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Generator is available during a power cut, only the living room and master bedroom ACs, along with geysers in two rooms, operate on the generator. - Guests are kindly advised to stay mindful of insects and bugs in the area. To prevent them from entering the villa, please use the ventilated sliding windows. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - After using the swimming pool, strictly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes. - Guests are requested to be very careful around the pool area as the floor may be slippery. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum post 10:00 PM. -We provide an in-house speaker; outside speakers or music systems are not permitted - Wifi network is subject to availability at any given time. - Some walls may experience leakage and seepage issues during the monsoon season. - Due to natural elements like dust, rain, and heat, the pool's pH levels may fluctuate, occasionally causing the water to appear cloudy. Professional pool maintenance is handled by a specialized service company under an AMC. - Breakfast is not included in this rate. - The water pressure in the 4th room on the second floor is slightly lower due to its proximity to the main water tank above. - All electronic gadgets and equipment are regularly serviced. However, in the event of an unexpected technical failure, the management cannot be held responsible but will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. - Guests are not permitted to invite additional visitors or day guests during their stay; any extra guests will be charged according to the extra person rate. - A team of two staff members will be available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; however, they do not reside on the property. - Room 1 on the ground floor has an adjoining bathroom. - The bedroom on the top floor is not accessible to guest - 7 extra mattress, duvet & pillow will be provided, if needed. - No music is allowed outside after 10 PM, and DJ setups are not permitted. - The villa accommodates parking for 2 cars inside. Additional cars can be safely parked outside the main gate at no extra cost. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 will be collected before check-in. If the length of stay is more than three days deposit may vary accordingly. - Meals will be served from our main kitchen, located just 50 meters from the villa. - Breakfast is served at a fixed time of 9:00 AM, and early breakfast service is not available. - Bonfire and BBQ services will remain unavailable during the monsoon season (June to September). - All food menu selections and chef-on-hire requests must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Aaramghar Stays reserves the right to decline any food or chef requests made after this period. - A dedicated housekeeping team of 2 will have access to the villa’s main entrance and backdoor (if applicable). If any guest is uncomfortable with this arrangement, they may inform us via the Airbnb message. - Due to heavy rains, some walls may show signs of seepage.
