We are literally in walking distance to everything downtown Puyallup, including the State Fairgrounds, Saturday Market, & Meeker Mansion. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Light rail train to Seattle is also walking distance or a short drive. Come enjoy the antique district of Downtown Puyallup! WiFi, Cable, Roku and Off-street parking included. Very close to 512 and 167. The space 1925 refurbished Craftsman home, with newly remodeled bathroom, new plush carpet in bedroom and hallway. Local art throughout space. Antique furniture pieces from the Meeker mansion, custom wood resin table. Leather futon couch with USB plug-ins, desk space, mini fridge/freezer combo, wine cooler, microwave, coffee station. Allergy free space, no pets, no kids, no worries, nice and quiet. Guest access Guest will have access to the front living room, dining room, one bedroom and bathroom. Also a large parking space off street in driveway. Nothing is shared except the parking. Guests will utilize a 4 digit key code that will be provided approximately 10-30 mins before check-in Other things to note No pets or children under 12 are allowed. No smoking on property. The faucet in bathroom is motion activated f.y.i., it confuses some people:) The tvs are smart and have multiple steaming apps on them. Cable TV is provided through the xfinity app, including hbo and showtime.
