Come and discover the beautiful villages of the Étang de Thau and the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean in my peaceful and central home. Located in a small quiet village located between Marseillan, Mèze, Pézénas, Agde Le Cap d'Agde (15 km) and Sète - 7 km from the Thau lagoon and 15 km from the beaches. The house is in a quiet area. No parties. The space I offer you the upper floor of the house – 15-step staircase leading to a small terrace (balcony) ideal for having your coffee in the sun! You will arrive directly in the pretty living room with a large modern open kitchen and cozy living area. At your disposal are 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 X 190 cm). A closet connecting the 2 bedrooms to store your things (hey, it's original, isn't it? ;-)). Also a bathroom with walk-in shower, beautiful cabinet with plenty of storage. And toilet. All rooms have one or more windows. South-facing living room. Air-conditioned house for the summer (reversible air conditioning for stays before and after the season to be warm). The garden (at the bottom of the 15 steps) is composed of a part with synthetic grass and pergola (to bring you shade in summer). In this space, you can sunbathe, eat, and nap! In the village, you will find an artisanal bakery (9 min), a Super U supermarket (16 min walk and 4 min drive), a second bakery (super good with plenty of bread choices!) a bar, a tobacco press, a snack, a restaurant, a post office, a pharmacy, a laundromat (self service) and a medical center. Note a nice cooperative cellar with wines for your aperitifs! Heart of medieval village to explore! Lots of magical places to discover around Pomérols: - on the city side: Sète, Marseillan, Mèze and Bouzigue for their oysters, Pézénas for its extraordinary architecture, Sète and its "tielles", Béziers and even Montpellier (47 km). - nature: Numerous walks and hikes such as the Bagnas reserve in Marseillan, the long wild beaches, the Canal du Midi, the Cirque de Mourèze or Navacel, Lake Salagou, the Héric Gorge and further on the Pic de Vissou or the sublime Caroux. Go on mountain bike or kayak outings! - beaches: Clothed or nudist beaches in Marseillan, Cap d'Agde but also pretty intimate beaches along the pond. Bed linen, towels provided Basic cleaning supplies. Free street parking is available in front of the house. Guest access The 1st floor of the house is reserved for you. Note that 1 room is blocked (not accessible). Free street parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note I sometimes live in a studio located on the ground floor of the house (independent entrance) according to my work schedule. I just have to cross the garden.
