The apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa San Carlo, a prestigious residence at the foot of the Statue of San Carlone. The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of an open space living room - kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The space The apartment and the entire complex have undergone extensive building renovation and have been furnished in order to guarantee guests a comfortable stay with all the main comforts. Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor of the Villa. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary for cooking and eating, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), an induction hob, kettle, traditional coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer. The dining table can seat up to 4 people. The double bedroom has a comfortable 160cm mattress and a large two-door wardrobe. It also offers guests a suitcase rack. In the living room there is a sofa which, if necessary, transforms into a comfortable bed for 2 people. Outside, guests can use the private patio, furnished with sofas, and from here you have a beautiful view of the Statue of San Carlone and the surrounding area.
