We are in Via Nicolò Canelles, one of the most characteristic and ancient streets in Cagliari's medieval quarter, Castello. Here was born 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗼, a bright loft, American style, with refined pastel colours and a delightful retro touch. The living area is a bright and comfortable open space with an exclusive view of the Cathedral and Palazzo Regio. The neighbourhood of Castello will make you fall in love. The space ~ The house is at the first floor without lift of a historic building with high ceiling. ~ The apartment is composed by 2 bedrooms with double bed, one of them is in the mezzanine area and has its bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped and lovable kitchen, ~ Inside the house you will find, a caffe machine, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, toaster, air condition in the common area, air condition in the mezzanine area, a washing machine and a television. Guest access ~ The kitchen is fully equipped and lovable, and has a fridge and cookers. ~ Are at your disposal also a caffe machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and a microwave. ~ Also you will have the essentials for cooking as vergine oil, sugar, caffè and tè ~ Every guests will have sanized sheets and a set of 3 sanized towels. ~ In the bathroom you will find, shower shampoo, hand gel, and toilet paper. ~ The house has2 double beds. ~ On request, it is possible to reserve a baby bed and towels for child till 2 years. You could pay for it at check in time. ~ At least, complete the property, 2 bathrooms. Other things to note *We would like to advice our guests that the property has no reception, so we need our guests to get in touch with us before their arrival to receive the useful information for self check in in time. *Also, from the 1st of July 2021 the municipality of Cagliari introduced the city tax. Every guest who spends the night in an accommodation is required to pay to the owner/manager of the property, euro 1,50 per person per night by cash.
