Our apartments all have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchen and dining table, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. We offer free Wi-Fi. TV and radio are provided. For children, we are happy to provide an additional bed for a small fee. We also have children's and baby beds on site. After just a few steps, enjoy the fine sand on your feet and the gentle sound of the sea surf. A familiar ambience awaits you with us. Our romantic house in wooden construction was built around 1895 and has since been renovated and modernized with a lot of love for detail. Today it is one of the architectural monuments in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz and can be attributed to the time of the emergence of the unique spa architecture. The house is located: - 100 m to the beach - 200 m to the pier and city center of Zinnowitz We offer a total of 7 apartments that you can also book directly. Our apartment no. 6 is dog-friendly. We ask that you register this in advance. Apartment no. 7 can be booked as an offer for your young children and is located directly above apartment no. 5. If you are interested, please contact us via message. PLEASE NOTE: 1. The visitor's tax has increased to €2.80/person per night in 2024 and children from 6 years of age are now unfortunately also included. You can also read this again on the Zinnowitz website under 'Tourist tax'. 2. We do not provide bedding and towels. You can book a linen package for €30/person, this includes 1x bed linen, 1x bath towel, 1x hand towel. We ask for your understanding. The romantic garden with seating in the beach chair or in the seating area is available to our guests. Check-in is via key box. The code will be sent to you in the days before your arrival. The beach promenade and the beach can be reached in no time via the promenade gate and the beach entrance. Shopping facilities can be reached both on foot (about 10 min.) and by car. The Zinnowitzer beach promenade with its bathing villas and the playfully landscaped garden constantly attracts with walks. A visit to our 315 m long Vineta pier allows further views over the lake and back to the buildings of the Zinnowitzer promenade. The bike path is right in front of our house: it leads westwards on the beach promenade to Trassenheide and Karlshafen, to Peenemünde, further eastwards via the fishing villages of Zempin and Koserow to the imperial baths. Spa taxes: A stay in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is subject to a visitor's tax. Amount of the spa tax (according to the spa tax statute 2024): Main season (04/01 - 10/31): €2.80/day Low season (11/01 – 03/31): €2.00/day Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the spa tax.
