This gorgeous two-storey luxury apartment in central Dunsborough is the ideal base for your next visit to the Margaret River Region. The space **Note that noisy building work has commenced on a vacant block next door and from the month of March 2026 onwards there will be scaffolding and loud machinery in operation close to the adjoining wall of this apartment. Construction workers begin as early as 7am and continue throughout the day. This will impact on your stay and therefore the nightly rate has been drastically reduced accordingly. This construction work is out of our control and anyone booking the apartment must make allowances for this. Please note that you must climb external stairs to get to the front door entry level. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises, including the balcony. Additional parking for a second car is in the general parking area as well as on the street. The apartment’s outdoor rubbish bins are also located in this ground floor area. PRICING: A two-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year (Peak periods are up to three or seven nights). Please note that a compulsory cleaning fee and linen pack fee apply.
