An attractive house with 3 bedrooms and 3 terraces on the edge of a quiet park. Linen hire is possible. In the house there is WiFi, TV, central heating, stereo with bluethooth, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine. But we also thought of atmosphere. A lovely starting point in the beautiful hilly landscape of South Limburg with, among others, Valkenburg and Aachen 'around the corner'. NB: additional costs € 2,- PP/PN tour. call. by payment request. Welcome to Butterflies! The space Since April 2023, I have been the proud owner of Butterflies. A fine, attractive house on the edge of the park with three terraces with 2 garden sets. What to expect in the house: WiFi, TV, stereo set with bluetooth, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge with separate freezer, Senseo coffee machine and a coffee machine with filter bags, a toaster etc. Central heating throughout the house. Bathroom (downstairs) with shower and toilet. The washing machine is also located here. Bedrooms downstairs: room with double bed (2 mattresses 80 x 200) Room with single bed Upstairs: room with 2x single bed. Each bedroom has storage space for clothes. There is also a camp bed upstairs (up to 2 years). There is no duvet for this cot. High chair also available (in external storage). There is no safety gate at the stairs. Other things to note It is not possible to park or load/unload next to/near the property. The car park is approx. 50 m from the house. You can only park in the park with 1 car; multiple cars can be parked for free just before the park's barriers. If you pass the barrier with 2 cars on 1 chip, it may be blocked. We cannot do anything for you then; the chip can only be unblocked by reception against payment of a fine. It is possible to rent linen. The beds are then made up in your desired room(s) and you will receive PP 2 bath towels. Also 1 set kitchen towels per reservation. Cost € 12,50 - PP. Additional costs (mandatory): tourist tax € 2,- PP/PN. You will receive a payment request for this via owner. Answer to frequently asked question: the bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor.
