Spacious Queen Bed + Near UCI

Beautiful single story home located in Irvine's exclusive Turtle Rock Hills neighborhood! Centrally located and minutes away from UCI, the beach and John Wayne airport! The space Stay will include private queen bedroom and adjacent shared bathroom. The room is comfortable and quiet. Has a large desk, dresser and sliding mirror closet doors. The tile roof and AC keep the home cool even during the hottest days. The bathroom includes double sinks, granite counter tops and a tub/shower. Guest access Guests will have access to street parking, a bathroom located adjacent to the bedroom, the backyard, family room and if discussed prior to arrival the kitchen. Guests will also have access to breathtaking hiking trails and the community pool which is a 5 min walk away. The pool area includes a lap pool, diving board pool, a baby pool and showers. During your stay I teach French at home and will be around if any issues arise. Other things to note I teach French at home in my office, so please be courteous.
