Small but nice! This stylish apartment differs stylistically from those in the rest of the house, but has a special feature for small groups: The small separate room with single bed is ideal for travelers who want to sleep individually so as not to disturb. Other things to note For larger travel groups, we have the option of several apartments in the same house, including two apartments with a sauna. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: - There is no smoking in the entire house. Please also do not smoke out of the window, as it usually moves in and the smell remains on the curtains and other textiles. In heavily booked periods, it is no longer possible to eliminate the smell and the guests who move in after you can feel very disturbed, which would harm us. - We love four-legged friends and all dogs, cats and other pets are welcome here. Please make sure that the furniture remains unsoiled. Don't let dogs on the bed, armchairs or couches. The removal of fur and dirt is always associated with an enormous amount of effort. - There is a washing machine in the house that can be used for a fee. Please note, however, that our cleaning lady has to do the laundry for the next guests at noon. So please write to us if you want to wash something so that it does not get blocked. - Stolberg is a health resort and most people come to rest. So please don't have any parties and be mindful of your neighbors when it comes to the volume. - All apartments have a smart TV so you can also watch movies, series or the like. However, please be careful not to buy/borrow any content via third-party accounts. - It is strictly forbidden to illegally stream, download or use file sharing services such as UTorrent or the like to stream, download or use movies, series or other copyrighted content via the house Wi-Fi. Streaming sites like BurningSeries etc. are also file sharing sites where download and upload processes run in the background. It doesn't even matter if you use a VPN. If we receive a warning that copyrights have been infringed via our Wi-Fi, we reserve the right to pass on the personal data of the guests present at the time of the copyright infringement. All damages, expenses and additional costs incurred as a result of the violation of house rules will be charged accordingly.
