Delightful and comfortable apartment in the medieval village of Linzanico, on the eastern branch of Lake Como, where the waters of the lake meet the beauty of the mountains. Finely restored with harmony between rustic and contemporary, it is located inside a farmhouse from the 1400s. The exposed beams give a warm and characterful environment, the use of local stone and recycled furniture pieces give a timeless charm. A refuge that invites you to immerse yourself in an experience of pure beauty. The space The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob (gas free at home), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker with cappuccinatore, coffee moka, juicer, crockery and cutlery. Outside, in the courtyard of the farmhouse, you can have meals or simply relax in the open air. In the open space there is the living room with a 50-inch smart TV and a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a stone sink, bidet, toilet and walk-in shower with hydromassage column. You will also find a washer dryer. The double bedroom, with its warm and welcoming charm, has a 43-inch smart TV positioned on the old fireplace (not working) and an essential oil diffuser. Towels and linens are provided. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed (with a comfortable mattress). At guests' disposal comforts such as free fiber wifi connection, air conditioning and heating. Inside the farmhouse, upon reservation, the winery offers an experience of visiting the vineyard and cellar with tasting. Guest access You can reach us with your car and leave it in the free car parks in the immediate vicinity. Guests can park motorcycles and bicycles inside the property. Upon request, we also arrange for guests to be picked up from the nearest railway stations (Abbadia Lariana and Mandello del Lario), at agreed times. Self check-in Check-in yourself using the electronic lock with personal code. Other things to note The tourist tax is not included in the price of the overnight stay and must be paid in cash directly on site at the time of check-in for the period from 1st March to 30th September. The cost is €1.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
