We welcome you to a large Perigord-style residence, close to Sarlat and many other prestigious sites of Dordogne (Beynac, Castelnaud, Jardins de Marqueyssac ...) Spacious, sleeping up to 14 people, its billiards table, large pool, summer kitchen and outdoor barbecue will allow you to spend an ideal holiday with friends and family. The house is next to our tree climbing park in which you will benefit from preferential rates. The space The stone walls and beams bring a touch of authenticity to this house of charm and character, atypical and built on 5 levels. It has: 5 Bedrooms: - 1 of 26M² with a bed 160cm and two beds 90cm + Shower room and WC - 1 of 20m² with a 140cm bed and an 80cm bed + Bathroom and toilet - 1 of 26m² with a 140cm bed and an 80cm bed + Bathroom and toilet - 1 of 18m² with a 140cm bed - 1 of 12m² with a 140cm bed A large bathroom shared with these last two bedrooms. Billiards room. Kitchen with two sinks and dishwasher Large living room of 64m2 with bar and fireplace. Exteriors: Private and fenced pool of 6 m X 12 m (open from May 14 to September 6, 2026), summer kitchen-laundry room with washing machine and refrigerator, large stone barbecue, Ping-Pong table (Rackets and balls lent). The supply of linens and towels is not included in the rental; they can be rented by reservation. (Beds not made on arrival) 2 seater bed kit: €20 Single bed kit: €15 Towels (1 large and 1 small): €8 Baby kit: (baby bed, bathtub, highchair) available on request Bathroom towels, tablecloths, and mats are provided Guest access Access to the entire house Other things to note Through our management of green spaces, we ensure the preservation of flora and fauna by maintaining "refuge" areas, practicing late mowing, and completely excluding chemical weedkillers. We use as much as possible "ecological" and/or homemade cleaning products. - Le Manoir is rented from early May to late September. The usually pleasant temperatures in our area at this time do not require heating; however, if you wish, we can turn on the heating. (please notify us at least 2 days in advance). A supplement of €20/day will be charged. - Discreet caretakers accommodated from July 1 to August 31 in a separate annex with independent access. - Direct access to the departmental quickly taking you to the must-see tourist sites of Périgord Noir. - Direct access to our Parc Accrobranche, neighbor of the house, in which you will benefit from privileged rates.
