La Feuillade Manor

We welcome you to a large Périgord-style house, close to Sarlat and many other prestigious sites in Dordogne (Beynac, Castelnaud, Jardins de Marqueyssac...) Spacious, accommodating up to 14 people, its billiards, large swimming pool, summer kitchen and outdoor barbecue will allow you to spend an ideal vacation with friends or family. The house is next to our tree climbing park in which you will benefit from preferential rates. The space The stone walls and beams bring a touch of authenticity to this charming and characterful house, atypical and built on 5 levels. It has: 5 bedrooms: - 1 of 26 m² with a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds + Shower room and toilet - 1 of 20 m² with a 140 cm bed and an 80 cm bed + Bathroom and toilet - 1 of 26 m² with a 140 cm bed and an 80 cm bed + Bathroom and toilet - 1 of 18 m² with a 140 cm bed - 1 of 12 m² with a 140 cm bed A large bathroom shared by these last two bedrooms. Billiard room. Kitchen with two sinks and dishwasher. Large 64 m² living room with bar and fireplace. Exteriors: Private and fenced pool of 6 m X 12 m (open from May 14 to September 6, 2026), summer kitchen-laundry room with washing machine and refrigerator, large stone barbecue, Ping-Pong table (Rackets and balls lent). The supply of linens and towels is not included in the rental; they can be rented by reservation. (Beds not made on arrival) 2-seater bed kit: €20 Single bed kit: €15 Towels (1 large and 1 small): €8 Baby kit: (baby bed, bathtub, highchair) offered upon request Tea towels, tablecloths and bathroom mats are provided Guest access Access to the entire house Other things to note Through our management of green spaces, we ensure the preservation of flora and fauna by keeping "refuge" areas, practicing late mowing and completely excluding chemical weed killers. We use as much "eco-friendly" and/or homemade cleaning products as possible. - The Manoir is rented from early May to late September. The usually pleasant temperatures in our region at this time do not require heating; however, if you wish, we can turn on the heating. (Please let us know at least 2 days in advance). A supplement of €20/day will then be charged. - Discreet caretakers housed from July 1 to August 31 in a separate annex with independent access. - Direct access to the departmental road taking you quickly to the must-see tourist sites of the Périgord Noir. - Direct access to our tree climbing park, next to the house, in which you will benefit from special rates.
