Cottage Sirdal -4 beds + living room!

The cabin is nicely located in a new area on top of Furuåsen. The ski slopes go right past the field, so you can start the trip directly from the cabin. There are also great hiking opportunities in the area all year round. Beach and swimming area in the waterfall are also within a short walking distance from the cabin. The space The cabin is nicely located in the terrain with good parking right by the door. Space for 2 cars- Large terrace on both sides of the cabin so that both morning and afternoon/evening can be enjoyed in the sun. The cabin contains: - Living room with kitchen. - Separate TV room. - 1 bathroom complete bathroom with shower. - 1 bathroom with only toilet. - 4 bedrooms: * 1 Bedroom with double bed width 160. * 2 Bedrooms with family bunk bed: 160 width down, 90 width up. * 1 Bedroom with 160 cm wide bunk bed. The upper bunk is not included as the bed frame is broken. Guest access Access to all rooms in the cabin. No access to the loft, it is private. Private belongings in closets and storage rooms are to be respected. Other things to note The cabin is new in 2023, Foråsen, Sirdal. Short distance to hiking trails, ski slopes and ski lift in winter. Sirdal is a great winter and summer destination with many opportunities in both seasons. Fantastic area, with both views and proximity to nature. Practical: Bed linen and towels must be brought. - Firewood can either be brought or paid for 100 NOK per day with normal consumption, or 250 for a weekend from Friday to Sunday. - Upon departure, the tenant is responsible for ensuring that the cabin is left tidy inside and outside. - The tenant cleans the cabin and vacuums themselves. (Can ask to pay for cleaning) - Garbage must be taken and disposed of in municipal waste disposal sites. - Power consumption is included up to 30 kWh per day. Consumption above that is paid at spot prices.
