Summer frolic and winter snow adventures here in historic VT Lamb family farmhouse, (John Deere was here). 25 minutes to Sugarbush; 40 minutes to Killington and steps away to snowshoeing, hiking trails, fishing, swimming, and rafting. Private and peaceful escape any season. 4 wheel drive recommended. Large Property. Restoration has fast internet, tv, screen porch, grill, and fire circle. Sleeps 4 adults and 3-4 children for a perfect family getaway. The space One very large primary bedroom with king sized bed, and a seating area with two chairs. One queen sized bed in small bedroom and one bunk bed in another which includes an upper twin bed, lower full sized bed, and lower twin trundle bed. Pull out queen sofa bed in living room. Two full sized bathrooms fitted with showers, on two floors Guest access Guests can access the house and the land surrounding it, which includes an outdoor fire ring, woods, and meadows. Hiking on gravel road to historic Lamb family graveyard. Two patios, and semi circle parking area. Other things to note Please use the Nest Thermostat in the dining room to ensure that the heat temperature is turned down upon leaving space. The heat turns up very quickly. Please keep skis and boots on the screen porch in designated areas. Fire TV can mirror cast from mobile devices, or guests can upload apps and use their own subscriptions to access streaming services. Please Log Off upon check out.
