The condominium has few apartments and amenities such as a pool and terrace. It has 1 elevator to service the entire tower. All people and visitors to the building must register and show valid identification to the hosts through the Airbnb app. Our apartments are on the 2nd floor and commercially we call them "CAMBRIA LUXURY BEACH APARTMENTS". Polina's apartment, specially decorated for her by Tom, is located in this tower on the 2nd floor, decorated and designed to always have functionality. Personally decorated by Tom and his team of collaborators, equipped for an unforgettable stay in Puerto Vallarta. We have a sun umbrella, 4 beach chairs and an icebox available for you in each apartment. Everything you see inside the apartment is of the highest quality. On the 6th floor of the building you will find an incredible pool with sunbeds, the terrace where there are chairs and tables to spend an incredible day, here on the top floor is where you will have the best views of the area. To access level 2 of the building from the building's reception, you can use the elevator, no more than 4 people with suitcases can enter. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the neighboring building, you can't see the city, nor the sea, to be honest it is not the best view of the place. From the moment you enter the apartment you can find the decoration that Tom and his team made, it has a living room, a bar-dining room, a full kitchen with refrigerator, water purifier, coffee maker, microwave, stove with oven and the necessary utensils for cooking. It has 1 television in the living room-kitchen, it has a Smart TV. It has 1 bathroom. Electricity, gas and internet services are included, as well as Totalplay PREMIUM TV service with more than 100 channels at your disposal. The internet is available through fiber optics. POOL The Cambria condo has a beautiful pool in its common areas, it is located on level 6 of the building, please check the rules and availability schedule and it may be closed without notice for cleaning or maintenance reasons without liability to management or Airbnb hosts. Pool hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. It must always be used with a special swimsuit for the pool. You cannot get in with clothes, you cannot bring in food or drinks, you cannot enter with speakers, you cannot enter with anything made of glass. Groups of guests entering together should be aware that the use is harmonious and not in a pool party environment, i.e. respect good manners, respect order and the families and children who are using the facilities. MY MOBILITY You can walk 2 small blocks along Calle Niza towards Avenida Fluvial where you will find the public transport stops that can take you to downtown Puerto Vallarta. You can also walk to Plaza Caracol and there you will find many bus routes to go everywhere, check the routes and distances through the Maps app. IMPORTANT PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFORMATION. As in any city in the world, we recommend that you take care of your belongings, do not make your cell phone visible, do not wear jewelry or have your wallet in the back of your pants. We recommend leaving your identification documents in the apartment in a safe place, as well as taking a photo of your passport or identification if you are going to use public transportation.
