Dream apartment in Barceloneta

The traditional Piso in Barceloneta is a wonderful place for a great time in Barcelona / Barceloneta. We value traditional loving amenities and ambiance and all this 150 meters from the beach. Pursuant to Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October 2021 on documentary registration and safety obligations, we only rent out guests who book for professional, health or reasons of vocational education. Everything is designed and decorated with love from us and we look forward to having as much passion for beautiful details and living at the beach. The traditional Barceloneta apartment is 150m from the beach, on the 4th floor of an old building. The apartment is 35 square meters and also has an 8 sqm balcony that goes as access over the entire width of the apartment with 3 beautiful wooden wing doors. The whole apartment is designed with historic tiles. There is a separate bedroom with a carpeted bed made by the carpenter. There is a fully equipped living/cooking area. In the living area, you can enjoy contemporary art and designer furniture. The reduced but practical kitchen is designed by us in a combination of marble, wood and metal. Furthermore, there is a separate shower room in turquoise tiles. Discreetly built into the living room, is a spacious wardrobe and storage location. You are at Barceloneta beach in a minute. The neighborhood is packed with fantastic bars and restaurants. Still, our street is quiet. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the old town of Gothic and El Born and by bus in 10 min at the famous Ramla.
