Complete exterior renovation completed March 2023 Welcome to our home on North Captiva Island. Remote and undiscovered, North Captiva Island is accessible only by ferry, private boat or small plane. This private island community is reminiscent of old Florida as it once was during a simpler time. There are no cars, no paved roads and no traffic jams (unless a turtle is crossing the road), just golf carts and a slower more relaxed way of living. Over 2300 sq ft w/4 bedrooms (2 king suites) 3.5 baths and beds for 10 people. All stays include the use of 1 golf cart with the option to rent a 2nd cart. The multi-level floor plan providers plenty of space for everyone to spread out, make themselves at home and not feel cramped. All bedrooms and full baths are on the 2nd level with common areas and a half bath located on the 3rd level. Club access to the Island Club for use of kayaks, paddle boards and bikes is also available. Being that our home is independently managed we offer our guests a boutique travel experience, no unanswered phone calls, broken down golf carts or lost groceries. We take care of every aspect of your vacation to make it as relaxing and worry-free as possible. Unlike so many vacation homes, we visit as much as possible so our home is just that, a home. We provide all the basics; paper towels, bath tissue, laundry detergent, soap, cooking supplies, spices, etc. Don't worry, you don't have to make that single roll of paper towels last all week! Our kitchen includes all the basic appliances and tools you need for the best family meals! Welcome to Paradise, it's time to relax!
