Our modern apartments are the perfect living space, tastefully furnished and fully equipped to ensure your stay has everything you may need. Things to note: - There's no daily room service - All properties are non-smoking. - No pets are allowed, except for Service Pets. A certificate needs to be presented for Service Pets. - The government approved construction work in the vicinity of our building. There may be some noise associated with the construction. - We have multiple spaces at this property, and while our style is consistent, the view, layout, and design may vary from the images. - Submission of your identification documents is mandatory under government regulations. (Submissions are done via our Stella Stays Mobile App) House Rules: - Check-in time: 4 PM. - Check-out time: 11 AM. - Requests for an early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - Smoking violations are subject to a fine of AED1000 and immediate termination of your stay. - If the property is left in a messy state, we will charge 100% of the nights rate for extra cleaning required. - If guests delay the start of the cleaners' tasks beyond the scheduled check-out time, they will incur a 50% charge per night for delays of 1-2 hours. - Check-out delays exceeding 2 hours will result in a 100% charge per night. - Extra guests are not permitted and additional fees could be charged for exceeding the limit. - We require notice 24 hours before the check-out time for any extensions and will be subject to availability. If alterations are made on the date of departure, charges may be applicable. - Access cards are provided by property management to Stella Stays. Any loss of access cards will incur a fee of AED 300 each. - Violation of our No Pet policy will incur a fine of AED 2500. Community Rules: - Age restriction: Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by parents or family members throughout the stay. - Passport submission: Submit all passports 2 days before arrival; late submissions will be denied access by Al Barari Security. - Maximum visitors: Up to 2 visitors allowed. Visitor passports have to be submitted before their arrival. Access is granted between 9 AM and 10 PM. - Valid identification: Expired documents or unclear documents will result in denied access.
