'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op. The space 'The Snug' is accessed from the front of the property through a side patio door. This is a separate entrance accessed by keys from the lockbox outside its own door. This means you have independent access and are free to come and go as you please. There are stairs to get to the property. You enter directly into the bedroom/living area, (please note the studio does not have a separate lounge). In this room there is a double bed, a 'snuggle' chair, a desk/dressing table and a small wardrobe for clothes storage and a window that opens. There's a TV with access to Netflix only and free Wifi. There is a separate kitchen with dining table which is lit with a ceiling velux window. In the kitchen there is an electric oven with induction hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster. Please note there is no washing machine. The internal small bathroom is entered by a sliding door and consists of an electric walk in shower as well as toilet and sink. There is a small internal hall which has additional clothes hanging space and a large mirror. The adjoining door to the bungalow is just behind the hanging rail and is locked and will not be accessed by us whilst you are our guest. Guest access You will have full access to all areas in 'The Snug'. Once up the stairs from the road leading to the property you will have access to the path on the left leading directly to The Snug. Other things to note We live in a lovely area on the outskirts of Edinburgh, please note this is NOT a city centre property. The parking on our street is free. We do not have a driveway or designated parking spaces. We live in a residential area so please be considerate of our neighbours during your stay. No other guests are allowed. We may be able to accommodate luggage drop off/pick up depending on timings with prior knowledge. Registration Details EH-69017-F
