Welcome to your next 4 season cottage retreat. With 122 ft of water frontage; it gives you plenty of room for great swimming with a gradual walk-in entry or jump off the dock into deeper water. With no large boat traffic, this is perfect for a calm day on the lake with our kayaks, 5-seat fishing peddle boat, or stand-up paddle boards. Relax on the hammock or enjoy a campfire while watching the Western exposure sunsets. Sleeps 8 total (6 adults and 2 kids max). The space For your sleeping comfort we have pillows and comforters. We kindly ask you bring your own bed sheets and towels. There is 2 queen sized beds, 1 double and 2 singles. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor of the cottage, the guest shed (toys and lifejackets), and the entire grounds. No access to the garage and the owner's shed. Other things to note The town of Bancroft is about 10 minutes north and has many great restaurants, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware, Dollar Store, Bancroft Brewery, and many great local shops. In case of an emergency, Bancroft hospital is less than 10 minutes away on Hwy 28, and Peterborough hospital is about 1hr south on hwy 28.
