Built 4 bdrm (6 beds) 2 & 1/2 bath home situated on an acre property in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Nestled in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies CLOUD9 is the perfect location to call 'home' while visiting. You will have full access to the property, main floor and two upper levels! The space We want you to feel right at home ! On the main level there are two living areas: a TV room which boasts an 80 inch television, super comfy couch, loveseat & chair. This room also offers access to a deck, fire table & patio furniture. The second living area is a cozy room with two more couches, lounge chair, loveseat and a fireplace…..the perfect spot to relax with family and friends, maybe play one of the board games available. On the main level there is a full kitchen, dining room, laundry room & 1/2 bath. In addition to the front porch, there is another back porch just off the dining area which takes you to the BBQ, fenced backyard and a fire pit. On the upper two levels you’ll find 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with king sized bed, TV, fireplace & ensuite bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. In the two other bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one has a queen-sized bed and the other has two ultramatic adjustable single beds and a balcony. Both of these bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with separate sink, toilet & stand up shower areas. The 3rd level boasts a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds. * The Owner lives onsite, in a totally separate basement apartment , soundproof with its own private entrance & separate parking . Guest access Access to all areas of home & property with exception to the garage & basement apt suite, which are totally separate and self contained. Other things to note Host or property manager will do their very best to be present upon arrival and departure, as well as by telephone throughout your stay . Guests are limited to 8 regardless of age. No pets! Quiet time 11pm - 7am. Our wifi is fast! Unfortunately there is no skip the dishes available in Hinton but local take out menus have been provided.
