The River Bend Suite is a private, ground-level guest space on the south side of the property—fully separate from the main home with no shared interior spaces. Enter through your own keyless entrance and enjoy exclusive access to the suite and its attached outdoor patio. The suite includes a premium queen bed, walk-in shower, a dry kitchenette for light meal preparation (no sink or stove). Amenities include ultra-speed WiFi, snacks, and Keurig coffee. The 1892 Queen Anne Victorian is a boutique inn located just 40 minutes south of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) and blocks from the downtown district of Faribault, which is considered the second most historic in the state only after the capital city. Guest access The Hutch features keyless entry by way of a private entry. You alone have access to a beautiful outdoor stone patio. You can also spend time on the expansive wraparound front porch. The River Bend Suite is completely separate from the rest of the home, so you can come and go as you please. We'll be onsite if you need anything. Other things to note Historic Hutch House does not operate as a bed and breakfast. We provide light snacks. Guests are encouraged to visit any number of local establishments serving great food. Guests can also order food in. The River Bend Suite does not include any access to the main house. The suite features an expansive set of windows facing north, but the view is of a small garden and shared driveway. The patio is for River Bend Suite guests only.
