Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals. The space The annexe has 3 separate rooms. The bedroom with comfortable super king size bed looks out onto the garden. The shower/wet room with a large raindrop shower has underfloor heating for comfortable showers after a day of activity! The living room looks out onto and gives direct access to the patio and garden where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening drinks. The sofa can convert to a bed to accommodate an extra guest. Please let me know when booking if you need to use the sofa bed, there is a small charge for the extra bed linen. In the kitchen area you have all the equipment that you need to prepare full meals including basic cooking supplies of salt, pepper, olive oil. There is also a supply of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a welcome pack including pastries, orange juice and Nespresso pods. Guest access You will be able to access all parts of the garden. Other things to note Please let us know before arrival if you want to use the sofa bed. There is a small charge for any extra bedding.
