The property is located in the center (NO ZTL - Traffic Restricted Area), just a 5-minute walk from the Politeama Theater, an 8-minute walk from the English Garden and a stone's throw from Via della Libertà. The accommodation consists of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request*** The space The inside is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with induction hob (2 burners), fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, microwave oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table; - BEDROOM with double bed, sofa bed (single), wardrobe and 32-inch TV (only smart TV, NO traditional channels); - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fibre), air conditioning with heat pump (split in the bedroom), soundproofed windows, insect screens, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack. The windows of the apartment overlook the internal cloister. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
