The space Beautifully designed 4 beds 2.5 baths, 2 levels 1,540 square feet of space for you to enjoy. When you first go through the front door, you will find yourself in the spacious/open layout living room and dinning space. All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor with 6 beds - Master Bedroom #1: king size bed - Bedroom #2: queen size bed + working space - Bedroom #3: full size bed with a trundle + working space - Bedroom #4: full over full bunk bed. - A futon on main floor for additional bed - There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house and possible more parkings on the street leading into house. - Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils Guest access Guest has access to the whole house. Other things to note -Trash pick up Monday, guest to pull out bin Sunday night. -Portland city code does not allow Party or Event. -Quiet hour 10pm-7am. -House can accommodate 12 guests.
