(Please note: this building does not have an elevator and there are 16 steps to climb from the ground level to the second floor.) When you enter the front door, you will find all the rooms on one level. The living room, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan. The master suite is accessible from one side of the living room and the guest bedroom, hallway bathroom and laundry closet are located near the front door. You may access the outdoor balcony from the living room and the dining area. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night.
