The wood stove - stove makes the atmosphere warm in winter. The garden allows you to rest to the rhythm of nature. From this pied-à-terre in central Brittany, at the gates of Brocéliande, discover Brittany, its magical landscapes and its warm inhabitants. The space Old house, dating from 1668, with typical local architecture in stone and cobble ( breathable and natural) of 150 m2, located 30 minutes from Ploërmel, 25 minutes from Josselin, small town of character. The house is located in a hamlet, so little car passage. The environment is very quiet. Its position is central, allowing access to the beaches of the wild north coast (Erquy, Sable d 'Or les Pins...) or the Atlantic coast (Vannes, Moelan sur Mer...) Perfect for hikers, cyclists (the garage can safely accommodate bikes) or people looking for healing. We open the doors of our home to you if you book here or in one room only, through the other listing on the site. The bedroom calendar will be unavailable when the house is booked;-) Guest access You will have access to a parking space, the garden (accessible from the ground floor, with deckchair and hammock in the summer), 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the bathroom, including a toilet, as well as the living room on the ground floor including kitchen and living room. Other things to note Entire place is only available at certain times. It includes the room, which in another listing can be rented alone. We do not apply a cleaning fee to ensure a better rate but count on you to leave the accommodation as clean as you found it. Our neighbors, like us, have chosen this place for its calm and we sincerely thank you in advance for respecting this beautiful harmony.
