The space Nestled away from the charming little village of Beurrières, this independent house welcomes you in an enchanting natural setting, between a stream and forest, ideal for a rejuvenating getaway. The gîte consists of, on the ground floor: - a warm living room with exposed beams and fireplace, perfect for friendly evenings - a small kitchen open to the living room - a small room with a sink and washing machine, serving a small barn where wood is stored (available free of charge) - a separate toilet Upstairs: - a large bedroom with a double bed and a desk - one bedroom with two single beds Beds are equipped with blankets. Sheets can be provided as an option upon request. - a bathroom with shower and toilet The gîte also has a garage with an entrance located at the back of the building (note that the access is relatively narrow), a closed courtyard with garden table and chairs and an unenclosed plot of 400 m². Nearby: Arlanc (Jardin pour la Terre and Musée de la Dentelle, Château de Mons), Ambert (Maison de la Fourme, Moulin Richard de Bas, tourist train). A 10 km hike called "Montravel" (beautiful beech trees, viewpoint) starts from the village church. Shops and services Arlanc 5 km. Restaurant "Le Ruisseau" a few meters from the vacation rental, in the village. The topoguide "Balades fruitières… de villages en vergers", published by the local association Groupe Verger Beurrières, will be available in the gîte. It offers hiking routes highlighting the natural and rural heritage of the surroundings. One of the trails, marked by a small blue apple, passes right in front of the cottage, offering direct access to a beautiful walk in the heart of nature and fruit trees.
