Open concept first floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Carriage House has 2 bedrooms. Driveway fits up to 6 cars. Enjoy outdoor patio, shower, fire-pit, private mini hiking trail system and quick access to snowmobile trails and public boat launch 1/3 mi away. We only rent to guests who are 25 years and over. The space This cabin retreat offers all of the modern amenities you need within a clean, quiet and quintessential cabin environment in the woods of western Maine and the lakes region. Guest access Guests have full access to the cabin, carriage house and yard. Total guests allowed is 6. Any additional guests will each be charged $50 per night. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO LAKE ACCESS THROUGH ANY NEIGHBORS’ PROPERTIES. THE ONLY ACCESS IS THROUGH THE PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH LOCATED AT THE BEGINNING OF WABUNAKI ROAD 1/3 MILE AWAY FROM THE CABIN. Other things to note We only rent to guests who are 25 years and over.
