Open concept first floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Carriage House has 2 bedrooms. Driveway fits up to 6 cars. Enjoy outdoor patio, shower, fire-pit, private mini hiking trail system and quick access to snowmobile trails and public boat launch 1/3 mi away. We only rent to guests who are 25 years and over. The space This cabin retreat offers all of the modern amenities you need within a clean, quiet and quintessential cabin environment in the woods of western Maine and the lakes region. Guest access Guests have full access to the cabin, carriage house, yard and trails. Total guests allowed is 8. Any additional guests found staying at the property will each be charged $50 per night. Carriage House has 50" & 65" TVs, bar table & chairs on both levels, queen bed, couch that pulls out to a blow-up queen bed, futon, electric heat & AC on both levels. PLEASE NOTE: The Carriage House has no bathroom or running water. PLEASE NOTE: There is absolutely no access to the lake through any of the neighbors' properties. The only access to the lake is via the public boat launch located at the beginning of Wabunaki Road about 1/3 mile from the cabin.
