Hays historic downtown, with restaurants and entertainment, is less than a mile away. Less than a block away from Vine St, you're located close to shopping and restaurants. With a loaded kitchen, you can order out or cook in. Fort Hays University, Hays Med, and Hays Airport are within 5 minutes! The rooms are freshly furnished for a comfortable stay. The 2 bedrooms include: Bedroom #1- a queen bed, dresser, and 2 closets Bedroom #2- full bed, dresser, closet - 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower - full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware - a cozy living room, office space, and laundry on main floor. We offer TV, comfy couches, washer and dryer plus much more! Need to work remote? We also offer an office space with a desk and high speed internet. Guests have access to entire main floor of this home as well as the front yard and porch area. There is parking in the front driveway as well as plenty of street parking. My husband and I are Hays natives. We know the area well and are available to offer help or suggestions throughout your stay. The backyard and garage are not available for use and there is a private basement apartment downstairs with a separate entrance. Please respect our resident by keeping appropriate noise levels (Quiet from 10pm-8am). This is a no smoking and no pet home.
